Application Checklist

The Application

We require an application FROM EVERY PERSON OVER 18 who would be staying in the home. Even if you are a couple, we need an application from each person. If you as the tenant would be paying rent, we require a recent paystub/proof of income and a recent credit report. You can check with your bank or credit reporting agency for a free credit report. We do not charge for applications, so we ask that you provide those instead.

Parental Gurantees

If you have a co-signer/guarantor they will need to fill out the parental guarantee form. We require a recent paystub/proof of income and a recent credit report from every co-signer/guarantor. Your group of applicants may have multiple co-signers/guarantors and we need separate forms from each co-signer/guarantor who may be paying a portion of the rent amount.

Assistance Animals

If you have an ESA or other assistance animal, please fill out this form with your assistance animal’s information. Please note that in the form we also require information confirming disability-related need for an assistance animal. That usually comes in the form of a letter or document from a health care provider that confirms the existence of the disability and the need for reasonable accommodation. If you have an assistance animal, this form is necessary to complete your application.
